This is a letter of recommendation based on my experience working with Projx Construction Group. As an owner's
representative on many ground up development projects, the experience of working with Projx Construction Group has
been nothing but a pleasant experience. The latest project we worked on was a ground up Buona Beef restaurant in
Flossmoor, IL.
The project consisted of a roughly 2 Acre site development project, a ground up 4,000SF restaurant, and a future pad for a
future retail development. The building that was built is considered to be the prototype for all future flagship stores, and
Projx did a great job maintaining strict standards and delivering a product worthy of being a prototype for all future builds.
Working through difficult details, nuances, and schedule constraints created challenges that Projx Construction handled in a
first class manner. Their job site was always kept tidy, safe, and on track. Prompt responsiveness, communication, and
willingness to work through challenges proactively allowed the project to proceed smoothly and be delivered on the date
promised. The client was thrilled with the end product.
Projx quickly adjusted to the client's request of a split billing (due to nature of project), and was able to supply all
paperwork required to satisfy the Title Company requirements. The use of a Title company is of upmost importance for our
client as it helps protect both the GC and client against mechanic's leins, and ensures that all parties involved are protected
and paid. Even though additional paperwork is required for this process, Projx navigated the process with ease.
As an owner's representative, I've had the opportunity to work with many General Contractors, and am pleased to express
my confidence in Projx, and my desire to work with them on future projects.
